Copyright Notice

This is where you'll find all my photo resources.  Images in the gallery marked with am asterisk * are available as full-size images from the Download Page.  Please ask if what you want isn't there and I'll include it.  They are as you see them and many will benefit from judicial cropping or enhancing.  I've done this deliberately so that the end user may select what they want from the photograph.  You may use any that take your fancy and I'm happy to supply copies as long as you understand that they are offered 'royalty free' and not 'copyright free' - this means that I retain the copyright without exception.  They are offered for personal use, as low-res inclusions in websites (commercial or otherwise), and educational projects.  An acknowledgement would be appreciated where such use occurs and tell me where I can see my work being used.  This will encourage me to exhibit even more in future.  Publication in books or magazines with more than a local circulation requires my permission and possibly a modest fee to help finance this website.
